This card base if from Birthday Bash cut at 4 and 1/2. I used a circle scallop from Storybook and a circle from Storybook for the other layers. I found the phrase "Dream" in the Stamping cartridge and decided to use that. I cut it at 4 first time and wow, it was huge! I used 1 and 1/4 cut and it worked fine.
Added some ribbon and some bling and this super easy card was ready for OWH project.
